- Know the Truth What does your Audience actually need to succeed?
- Stand Out What unique value do you offer that sets you apart from other communities?
- Based on all of that ^above^ —> What is your mission statement?
4️⃣ Choose Lightweight Tools
- Choose Easy Select simple and easy-to-use tools for communication and engagement.
- Start Where They Are Avoid using complex platforms that may discourage participation.
